SHIPPING

If the items in your cart total $75 or more, your order ships FREE (policy subject to change and may vary during sales). We will select the shipping method (ground or priority) of our preference.

*Please note that all coffees and teas are roasted & packaged fresh to order which means they may not ship from our facility for 1-3 business days days after your order is placed. 

Not at $75 dollars? Select between USPS priority mail (2-3 days shipping), UPS ground (1-2 day) or if you're local, select pick up! 

If you are looking for next day air or two day air shipping, please contact us for shipping rates.

We do not ship to PO Box numbers.

All pick up orders must be given up to 5 days for the order to be created and ready. Please call us to confirm the day you are picking up to insure your order is ready.

  • Shipment delivery times are estimates and based on the carrier. We do not have any control over shipping delivery times once it leaves our location. We do everything possible to get your orders out as quickly & efficiently as possible. 
  • If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.  We have found that lost packages are found faster by talking to neighbors, checking front and back doors and checking bushes or contacting local post offices by the direct customer. However, we will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 7 days for the completion of the investigation.
