Refund policy

 

Products found on our store are custom made to order and are non-refundable. This includes specialty coffees, teas, cocoas. Other items found on our store, such as gift packs, gift items, Torani and David Rio are subject to returns with an RMA #.

If you receive your order incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please make sure you sign for it as damaged with your currier. After 10 days of receipt, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Contact us for information on how to receive an RMA and to find out more about our policies.

 Ground coffee is not refundable. We are also not responsible for the grind / particle size. All of our coffees are ground to an all purpose grind. If you wish to have a specific grind when you order, we recommend you use your own grinder. We cannot guarantee consistent grind each time you order when asking for anything other than all purpose.
